I asked for queen room and it was airy with view. The location was marvellous and stunning - a short walk to bars and restaurants.

I can't recommend highly enough and would want to stay there again. The staff is incredibly kind, the breakfast enjoyable, the location is incredible near Lecco which is a center for local public transportation, the beautiful lake, and the mountains across the lake. The queen room is airy and en suite. It has an exceptionally comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom.

We booked queen room with the great view and nice terrace plus balcony. The location was great and amazing in a very quite area, short walk to Bellagio and other towns as well as the lake. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 100 metres of the venue.

A wonderful and gorgeous hotel, I loved it, staff was pleasant. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with modern shower, the bathroom plus magnificent view, which I really appreciated. As for me, the location was great and fantastic, just next door to a taxi and the town Center for restaurants and gelato.

Everything was great, nothing too much trouble, I totally recommend it. The restaurant was nice for the best choice of restaurant within walking distance, I tried excellent dishes. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

the position was great and stunning, bars and restaurants are a short walk to the hotel. set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were really kind and pleasant. the queen room i stayed in was reasonably large with balcony.

The location is perfect, right on the edge of the lake, offering breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. The rooms are comfortable, with crisp white sheets and balconies to enjoy the Italian charm. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities, including air conditioning, add to the overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast included some delicious homemade cakes that were a delightful treat.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Carlo & Cristina were amazing as was the rest of the staff. We were on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, fantastic view of lake Como and the mountains from the rooms, and no passing traffic so very peaceful lakeside location. Will definitely come back here again

The weather was warm, had SUCH WONDERFUL stay during our visit. The location was great and stunning because it was so close to the river, the nearest super market, and Railway station.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the beautiful location. The hotel is situated right on the lake, with a view to die for. I was able to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of my room, which had a beautiful terrace. Another great feature was the air conditioning, which made my stay very comfortable, especially during the warmer months. The rooms were well-appointed and the bathroom was clean and modern. Additionally, the breakfast that was included in the price was absolutely delicious. I loved the fact that they served some homemade cakes, which added a personal touch to the dining experience.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.
